Onboarding
Share your project brief, RFP, or supporting documents. Your AI PM reviews the material to understand your goals, existing requirements, and project context. It identifies what is already defined and what needs clarification, laying the foundation for the questions and analysis that follow.
Your AI PM asks targeted questions about the missing or unclear details in your brief. Discuss your answers in chat, with follow-up questions adapting to your responses. Information already provided is carried forward, keeping the conversation focused. Review and confirm your answers before the analysis begins.
Your documents and confirmed answers become a structured analysis covering the project’s scope, requirements, business rules, and dependencies. Review the analysis with your AI PM and request refinements. Once you approve it, the agreed scope is translated into actionable Jira tasks to guide design and development.
Two ways in. Already have a design system? Connect it via MCP, Figma or otherwise, and the Design Engineer builds inside it. Starting from nothing? The Design Engineer benchmarks the strongest brands in your category and drafts a full brand book for your approval.
